Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans green chilies
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
- In a large pot, brown the diced pork shoulder over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
