- 2 pounds lamb, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 can (12 ounces) Fat Tire beer
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the lamb and cook until browned. Remove the lamb from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
