Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 pound ground pork
• 1/2 pound ground veal
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan, pressing it down firmly to form a loaf shape.
