Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the meat sauce and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layers.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
