Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked spaghetti, for serving

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and cook until vegetables are softened.
