Remove the skillet from the heat and let cool slightly. Use a potato masher or a fork to mash the mixture together. Taste and season with salt as desired.
Form the mixture into 8 patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through.
