Chocolate Almond Coconut Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almonds, coconut, cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until everything is well-combined.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the almond-coconut mixture into the dish and press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
