1/2 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, combine almonds, coconut, cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until everything is well-combined.
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the almond-coconut mixture into the dish and press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
