Ingredients

  • 4 red snapper fillets, 6-7 ounces each
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture onto the red snapper fillets.
  4. In a separate small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, parsley, and bread crumbs.
