1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Cut each jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, salt and pepper.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed jalapenos on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the peppers are lightly charred.
Serve warm.
