Ingredients
- 1/2 lb of garlic scapes, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the garlic scapes, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix until all the garlic scapes are evenly coated.
- Place the garlic scapes on the preheated grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes, flipping every 1-2 minutes, until the garlic scapes are slightly charred and tender.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
