Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Five-spice powder is a popular Chinese seasoning blend made of star anise, cloves, Chinese cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, and fennel.
Marinating chicken in the refrigerator for longer than 8 hours can cause it to become mushy.
Grilling chicken at too high a temperature can cause it to dry out.
Always let the cooked chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
