Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing, plus more for serving
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brush with the Caesar dressing.
- Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Toss with enough dressing to lightly coat the salad.
- Slice chicken and add to the salad. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve with extra dressing on the side.
