Ingredients
- 1 cup of dried cherries

- 1/2 cup of packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cherries, cranberries, pecans, walnuts, and brown sugar.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey and melted butter until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the honey mixture over the dried fruit and nut mixture and stir to combine.
- Line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
- Press the fruitcake mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- When ready to serve, remove the cake from the refrigerator and invert onto a serving plate.
- Slice and serve.
