Ingredients
2 lbs country style pork ribs
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, chili powder, and oregano.
Place pork ribs in a large baking dish and pour the hoisin sauce mixture over the ribs.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
