Ingredients
- 2 lbs country style pork ribs
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, chili powder, and oregano.
- Place pork ribs in a large baking dish and pour the hoisin sauce mixture over the ribs.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
