Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the salsa: 1 cup diced pineapple, 1/4 cup diced red onion, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1 jalapeno, diced, juice of 1 lime
Directions
