Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread green beans on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle over green beans.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until green beans are tender and golden brown.
  4. Serve hot, with additional herb mixture, if desired.
