Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
