Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until combined.
Pour the batter over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the middle is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.
