Ingredients
1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Unroll one pie crust into an 8-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in bacon and cheese.
Pour mixture into the pie plate.
Unroll the remaining pie crust and place over the top of the filling.
Press the edges of the crusts together and crimp with a fork.
Cut several slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
Interesting Facts
The pie crust can be made from scratch or store-bought.
These pies can be served hot, cold, or at room temperature.
