Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Using a fork, mash the avocados in a medium bowl until mostly smooth.
  2. Add the tomatoes, mango, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  3. Serve immediately with chips or as a side dish.
