Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons of dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, butter, onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
