Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Lay out four pieces of foil, each about 12 inches long.
  6. Divide the cauliflower florets among the four pieces of foil, placing the florets in the center of the foil.
  7. Fold the foil around the florets, creating four packets. Place the packets on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  9. Open the packets and serve hot.
