Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds of lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle.

  3. Dip the lobster tails into the flour mixture, coating them completely.
