Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef ribs
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, black pepper and salt.
- Coat the ribs in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ribs and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through.
