Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef ribs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, black pepper and salt.
  3. Coat the ribs in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ribs and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through.
  6. Serve the ribs with your favorite sides and enjoy!
