Ingredients
- 2 large green tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and reduce heat to low.
- Add the coriander, cumin, red chilli powder, ground ginger, turmeric and salt. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
