Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shelled edamame
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the edamame.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes until the edamame is tender.
  3. Drain the edamame and transfer to a bowl.
  4. Add the olive oil and all the spices and mix well.
  5. Serve the edamame warm.
