Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.

Stir in the prunes.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
