Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into thin slices
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  4. Add the mustard, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
