Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups fish broth
1 pound cod fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes, wine, oregano, and thyme and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the fish broth and bring to a boil.
Add the cod, shrimp, and scallops and cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the salt, pepper, and parsley.
Serve hot.
