Ingredients

  • 4 slow-roasted tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup French green beans, trimmed and blanched
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spread the slow-roasted tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
