Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and mix until evenly coated.
