Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups of coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the brown sugar, flour, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Add the walnuts, melted butter, and vanilla and mix until everything is combined.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
