2 cups mushrooms, quartered

Directions

Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the tortellini and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
