Ingredients
- 4 large apples, cored and halved
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Place the apple halves in a baking dish. Stuff each apple half with the sweet potato mixture.
