Ingredients

  • 1 loaf white bread, cubed
  • 4 apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 4 cups eggnog
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, apples, eggnog, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix well to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  5. Let cool before serving.
