Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, cheeses, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles. Place a generous spoonful of the egg mixture in the center of each triangle.
- Fold the corners of the triangle up over the filling, and roll the triangle up to form a puff.
- Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
- Egg-and-cheese puffs can be enjoyed as a main course, or as an appetizer.
- This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for larger groups.
- These puffs can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated in the microwave for a quick breakfast on the go.
