1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in the hot butter until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Place spinach in the skillet and mix until heated through. Remove from heat.
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper together in a bowl. Stir in the spinach mixture.
Spread the spinach mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
