Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in the hot butter until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Place spinach in the skillet and mix until heated through. Remove from heat.
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper together in a bowl. Stir in the spinach mixture.
- Spread the spinach mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
