2 flat iron steaks

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste, then add them to the skillet.
Cook the steaks for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
