Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and salt until combined. Slowly whisk in flour until mixture is smooth.
- Whisk in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and swirl to coat the pan. Pour in the batter and spread evenly. Cook for 1 minute.
- Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Garnish with powdered sugar, lemon wedges, and serve.
