Ingredients
- 2 cups long-grain brown rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rice, water, salt and olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and fluff the rice with a fork.
