- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add white wine and red pepper flakes and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and stir until sauce has thickened, about 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add parsley, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
