Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream

Directions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes.
