Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. In a third shallow bowl, add the bread crumbs.
  6. Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture and coat both sides.
  7. Then dip each chicken tender in the beaten egg.
  8. Finally, dip each chicken tender in the bread crumbs and coat both sides.
  9. Place the chicken tenders on the baking sheet and drizzle the olive oil over them.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
