Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with dried rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until the skin is browned and crispy.
