  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
