Transfer the cooked quinoa to a large bowl and add the feta cheese, red onion, red and yellow bell peppers, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well-combined.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
