These Warm Brie and Pear Tartlets are a perfect appetizer or snack option for any occasion. The combination of creamy brie cheese and sweet pears wrapped in flaky puff pastry will definitely impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 Bosc pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into small squares or circles.
  3. Place the pastry squares or circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Slice the brie cheese into small pieces and place them on top of each pastry square or circle.
  5. Top the brie cheese with a few slices of pear.
  6. Drizzle honey over each tartlet and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
  7. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg to create a golden crust.
  8. Bake the tartlets in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry turns golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
