Ingredients
- 12 lb whole turkey
- 2 cups cornbread, crumbled
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled cornbread, diced onion, diced celery, minced garlic, dried cranberries, parsley, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the giblets from the turkey and rinse the turkey inside and out. Pat dry with paper towels.
