Ingredients
- 4 large banana peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut each banana pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.
- Serve immediately.
