Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 (7-ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the oregano, basil, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the tuna, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, white wine, and olives. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley and cheese. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
